The answer is usually simpler than people expect.
Improvements that tend to have the biggest impact are:
- Fresh paint in neutral tones
- Updated lighting
- Minor cosmetic updates
- Decluttering and a thorough cleaning (think spotless!)
- Strong curb appeal
These improvements help buyers see the home at its best and can influence both interest and final sale price.
Major renovations aren’t always necessary, rather strategic preparation is what matters most.
