Since none of her children still resided in Fredericton, and she had been in the home for nearly 60 years, the process of preparing the home for sale was daunting. Working with Heather Howe made the experience as pleasant as possible. Heather was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, persistent and quick to offer assistance. Not just advice, but actual help in getting things done. I don't think that I could ask for more in a real estate agent.

She took our information and put us on a mailing list to inform us of new listings coming up that met our criteria. We sold our house and were ready to put Heather to work. We gave her a list of houses on our favorite list and with her response realized very fast that houses were moving fast. Heather managed to have a few house showing appointments for us to see. Heather was very professional and we felt we were in good hands to help us find our new home. She listened and made lots of notes about questions we might want to ask about the house before deciding to buy. When it came to that final decision, we were well informed about our purchase and felt at ease to put an offer. She made sure all papers were filled and signed and send the offer right away. She kept us updated and called us as soon as the offer was accepted. She also proposed us 2 house inspectors and 2 Lawyers to choose from for the next step. It was the best decision we made.
